Licensed Practical Nurse Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Brockton Hospital team. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform receptionist, clerical, and other functions as needed to support the efficient operation of the Practice.
- Support Patient Centered Medical Home model (PCMH) for its primary care practices; promoting primary care that is accessible, continuous, comprehensive, family-centered, coordinated, compassionate, and culturally effective.
- Understand, respect, and demonstrate compliance with the parameters of the Licensed Practical Nurse license and function within the framework specified by the nursing statutes and regulations of the Commonwealth.
- Education: Graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
- Certification/Licensure: Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
- Preferred Experience: One-two years of successful working experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000-$80,000, depending on experience.
