GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As a Lead Geothermal Installation Technician, your day starts with a sunrise over the majestic Denver landscape as you head out to the installation site. Leading a skilled team, you oversee the installation of advanced geothermal heating and cooling systems, ensuring precision and quality at every step. Your tasks include making intricate piping connections using heat fusion technology, installing circulation pumps, and system purging. You're not afraid to get your hands dirty-hauling equipment, digging trenches, and ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Throughout the day, you tackle challenges, mentor your team, and maintain seamless communication with clients, leaving them impressed and satisfied with your expertise.

The Minimum Requirements to Be Considered:

  • Possession of a Class A CDL
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects (60-80 lbs) by hand
  • Strong initiative and not afraid to ask questions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and take constructive feedback
  • Reliable and punctual with a great attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A safety-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with skid loaders and excavators
  • Landscape or plumbing experience
