Conserve-A-Watt Lighting is a leading provider of lighting solutions, committed to delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service. We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Lighting Installation Technician to join our dynamic team.

 

Job Summary:

The Lighting Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing lighting systems at various client locations throughout Colorado. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, and have a positive attitude. While prior lighting experience is a plus, we value a strong work ethic and the ability to learn on the job.

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Install, maintain, and repair lighting systems according to project specifications and safety standards.

·         Perform electrical wiring tasks, including troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues.

·         Work independently or under direct supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

·         Communicate clearly with clients, coworkers, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.

·         Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on job.

·         Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.

·         Ensure timely arrival at job sites and adhere to project schedules.

 

 

Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent.

·         Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

·         Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

·         Ability to pass a background check (required for federal/state clients).

·         Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a positive attitude.

·         Ability to work independently or under direct supervision

·         Basic electrical experience is desired; lighting experience is a strong plus.

·         Experience in non-electrical trades is beneficial but not essential.

 

Skills and Abilities:

·         Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·         Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment as required.

·         Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
