Responsibilities: Are you a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity? Join our team as a Project Technician where you can leverage your expertise to support overall project goals and ensure customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects, performing installations, repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems. You'll have the opportunity to work with advanced tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to install cutting-edge equipment. Enjoy the stability and growth potential of a full-time position with consistent optional overtime.  

  • Prepare for on-site installation.
  • Install and repair commercial HVAC systems.
  • Document work and provide technical support to customers.
  • Work with equipment including Rooftop Units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Hot Water/Steam Boilers, Packaged Air Conditioners, Computer Room AC Equipment, Control Systems, Air Handling/Fan Coil Units, Condensers/Chilled Water Pumps, Refrigerated Air Dryers, Air Compressors, Exhaust Fans, Ice Machines, Variable Frequency Drives, and Humidifiers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician.
  • Preferred Journeyman Well-rounded background
  • Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Effective team player.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Universal EPA 
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Valid driver's license with driving record in good standing.
