Chemline Operator Level 1

Level One: Level one Chemline Operators, under direct supervision, will be expected to perform a variety of support functions for the Anodize and Chem-Treat departments, including but not limited to racking, un-racking, and cleaning of production aerospace parts. Other responsibilities will include maintaining a clean and organized work area, as well as adherence to organization safety rules and regulations. Level one Chemline Operators will also be performing verifications ensuring that all traces of organic soils, fingerprints, dirt and dust etc. are removed by using solvent cleaners.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Interpret traveler/router Basic Documentation Interaction Comply with environmental, hazardous chemical requirements Basic product racking and un-racking Basic print reading Basic customer/industry specifications and familiarity Basic in-process inspection (Dimensional & Visual) Basic knowledge/adherence to process controls Complete required basic rec. documentation.Required Skills:

High School Diploma or GED desired but not required.
