Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, implementation, or a related field
- PMP certification preferred, or demonstrably strong project management experience
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
