Job Summary

Ryde Technologies, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to lead our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clear and concise communication with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project updates are effectively disseminated.
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of construction project aspects, including electrical, HVAC, fire alarm, fire suppression, and architectural components.

Requirements:

  • Minimum three years of experience as a site supervisor or superintendent on industrial or commercial projects.
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • Experience on projects exceeding $500,000.
  • Certification in a construction trade by a recognized trade certifier.
  • US Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain an MDE "Green Card".
  • OSHA 30 Certification.
  • Previous Federal DoD contract experience.
  • Management of construction task order projects.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings and prints.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience in supervisory roles.
