Consistently provides thorough training for all fine dining hosts and establishes accountability for maintaining the highest service standards. Trains all hosts on proper procedure, including phone etiquette. Ensures dining room is open promptly for meals. Maintains constant awareness of table availability in designated area.To be successful as a Lead Host/Trainer, you'll need:
