Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Lead to join their team and drive internal digital marketing campaigns to promote technology solutions and initiatives across departments and locations. This role involves creating engaging content, managing digital platforms, and enhancing internal brand awareness and engagement.

This is a 6+ month contract hybrid position based in the Seaport office location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Devise and implement internal digital marketing strategies to support technology solutions and initiatives aligned with company goals.
  • Content Creation: Produce captivating content for internal audiences via various channels, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute internal digital campaigns to boost awareness and participation in technology initiatives.
  • SEO and SEM Optimization: Ensure internal digital content is optimized for search engines within the company intranet.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Slack channels and employee communities to encourage knowledge sharing and discussions around technology topics.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute internal email campaigns to keep employees informed about technology updates and training opportunities.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to measure impact and effectiveness.
  • Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across internal digital channels and communications.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of Marketing or Communications experience.
  • Experience leading campaigns for organizational transformations or technology implementations.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on internal audience engagement.
  • Proficiency in content creation and editing tailored for internal audiences.
  • Experience managing internal digital campaigns and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and problem-solve.
