Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist is part of a specialized team of professionals who support the AP function for a collection of long-term care facilities across the United States.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Processing employee expense reports and invoices for numerous business lines Reconciling EDI accounts Submitting the department payroll Researching vendor balances and statements Determining how returned checks are to be processed Sending monthly emails to facilities regarding month end close deadlines Handling numerous pay requests from internal departments Assisting others when needed You might be a great fit if you: Have at least 5 years AP experience Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills Are detail oriented Possess strong analytical skills Possess good customer service skills Have the ability to work effectively with various levels of personnel Possess strong verbal and written communication skills Possess good organizational skills Have a good work ethic Have the ability to work independently Possess good leadership skills Have the ability to manage multiple tasks Minimum Qualifications: 5 years AP experience High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Prefer PeopleSoft Financials experience Computer experience such as Peoplesoft, Excel, Word, and web proficient Must have reliable transportationWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
