Job DescriptionJob Description

Our client is seeking an entry level Accounts Payable Clerk for a 3-month contract, potentially transition to a permanent role depending on the client's availability and your work ethic.

 

Duties:

Assist with the transition of invoices to our client's AP and Purchasing system (Ivalua).  Tasks will involve reviewing invoices, validating invoice data capture, and entering data as needed. Onsite role. 

 

Must Have Skills:

• Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems

• Analytical abilities, time management.  

•Accounts Payable knowledge required.  

•Purchasing, IDC/OCR, and iValua knowledge helpful but not required.  

 

Education:

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 0 - 2 or more years of relevant experience

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
