JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Assist with the transition of invoices to AP and Purchasing system (Ivalua).

* Reviewing invoices and validating invoice

* Validation of data capture, and entering data as needed.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent with 0 - 2 or more years of relevant experience

* Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

* Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

* Proficiency with Automated Accounting Systems

* Analytical abilities, time management.

* Accounts Payable knowledge required.

* Purchasing, IDC/OCR, and iValua knowledge helpful but not required.
