As a Software Engineer on the Warehouse App Dev Team, you will partner with the business and technical staff to deliver solutions and improve functionality to facilitate business opportunities using the Agile software development methodology.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Demonstrate and applies software engineering skills in full stack development Utilize independent problem-solving skills to drive solutions and lead efforts in production support Provide support and maintenance for existing applications Participate in activities related to Agile software development methodologies Collaborate with Key Stakeholders from the business, working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver value against roadmap Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the positionYOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent experience 2+ years of proven development software experience Demonstrable technical abilities with application development, configuration, implementation, and support Experience within an Agile development environmentYOU MAY ALSO HAVE
Experience with application systems involved in the support of ecommerce, food distribution, or transportation Experience with one or more: Microsoft .NET/C#, .NET Core Framework, IBM Series COBOL, Node JS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with JiraROLE SPECIFICS
Some nights and weekends with on call availability to support business needs Occasional overnight travel required. Must have ability to independently travel as needed, without restriction, by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train for customer/vendor calls, training, or meetings.WHO WE ARE
