As a Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving partner-led marketing initiatives and ensuring the success of co-marketing efforts. MDFs provide a pool of funds for partners to co-market with, supporting activities such as advertising, education, public relations, and market research. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with cross functional partners, internal teams, and suppliers to maximize the impact of MDF investments and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

MDF Program Management:

Develop, implement, and manage the MDF program, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business goals. Work closely with cross functional partners to understand their marketing needs and guide them in utilizing MDFs effectively. Monitor MDF utilization, track ROI, and optimize fund allocation.

Partner Collaboration:

Build strong relationships with cross functional partners, understanding their target audiences and business objectives. Collaborate with partners and marketing team members to create joint marketing campaigns, leveraging MDFs for maximum impact. Provide guidance on campaign planning, execution, and measurement.

Budgeting and Allocation:

Ensure efficient utilization of funds while maximizing partner satisfaction and results. Regularly review and adjust budget allocations as needed. Manage tracking and collection of MDF.

Reporting and Analysis:

Generate reports on MDF utilization, ROI, and campaign performance. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Present findings to the Senior Director of Marketing and other stakeholders.

Compliance and Governance:

Ensure internal teams adhere to MDF guidelines and request requirements. Monitor fund usage to prevent misuse or deviations from approved plans. Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related 5+ years marketing experience. Proven experience in channel marketing, partner enablement, MDF management, or similar. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and optimize marketing investments. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
