Edmonson Electric , a division of IES Residential , is actively seeking a Retro Crew Leader in the Ocala, FL area.

Summary:
- Install or modify wiring as per customer requests following the rough-in phase of home construction.
- Add or remove power, switches, lighting, etc., after the home's rough-in phase.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Ensure all installations are completed neatly, safely, and in accordance with builder specifications and the current NEC code.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation of rough wiring or trim work for builder modifications throughout the new home construction process.
- Guarantee that all work is executed in a tidy and professional manner and meets customer specifications.


Specific Qualifications

Required Skills/Abilities:
• Accuracy with measurements
• Ability to scale prints and properly read prints
• Ability to multi task
• Electrical knowledge to rewire existing work to current code and needs.
• Residential electrical knowledge and skillset

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds at times.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders.
• Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
• Must be able to work in confined spaces
• Must be able to use hand and power tools for extended periods of time.
• Must have clean driving record.
