As a Patient Representative, Insurance Services you will support our clients to maximize reimbursement through contact with patients and insurers. We are looking for team players who have experience with:
Researching denials and payer rejections
Working aged accounts to identify billing errors
Reviewing contractual terms to identify opportunities to improve reimbursement
Contact various payers and patients to collect outstanding accounts.
Here’s what you’ll experience working as a Representative, Insurance Services:
Opportunity to exercise your detective skills working cases through various EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner or Meditech
Use your analytical skills to identify trends and report them to your management team
Focus your eyes on accuracy and identify opportunities for change and improvement
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
1+ years high volume, multi-disciplined experience in billing, insurance collections/follow-up and denials/appeals
Basic knowledge of AR workflow and terminology
