Job Description:
Kallidus Technologies, Inc. is looking to fill-in a position for Carpenters in commercial and industrial building for Federal Projects.
The position will be responsible for performing a variety of duties, including the following:
· Must be dependable and experienced in all phases of carpentry
· Responsible for repairing/installing building hardware including but, not limited to Windows, Metal stud framing, Drywall,
Installing/repairing ceiling
· Strictly follow duties as assigned
· Installations and repairs. Installs, maintains and repairs floors as requested
· Shall be responsible for determining material, equipment and tools needed
· Shall keep safe and operate tools and handle materials safely
· Work safely and quietly
· Stong communication skill
· Shall be capable of performing material takeoff
· Shall have clean record and be able to pass background check
· Change orders
· Value Engineering
Qualifications:
· Must have 12+ years experience & OSHA 30 Hr Training
· Trade or vocational school graduation shall reduce the above requirement to 10 years
· Must have federal or public work experience
· School construction experience a plus
· Excellent communication skills
