Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Assist customers with order placements, cancellations, and returns.
- Maintain and update customer records and accounts.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and policies.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
