Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Sales Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers, building relationships, and driving sales growth. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, confident, and open to speaking with anyone to solicit business opportunities. While experience is not necessary, a college or bachelor's degree is desired. Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in this role.

**Responsibilities:**
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present our products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry-related functions to expand our customer base.
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance outreach and connect with potential clients.
- Perform on-site visits and travel to meet with clients as needed.

Qualifications

- Energetic and outgoing personality with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed and win business.
- Bachelor's degree or college education preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be located in the South Florida area.
