The Office Manager is responsible for supporting the company as a whole by managing our bookkeeping, ensuring AR & AP are up to date, and managing payroll. Great growth and career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Be a role model for employees
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable, coding, and bill preparation
- Payroll
- Bank reconciliation
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- 3+ years of experience in an Office Manager role
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Working knowledge of Excel and of Microsoft Office products
- Ability to develop and maintain processes to maximize accuracy and efficiency in role
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, associates, vendors, and management
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Preferred Experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting
