Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and efficient Data Entry Operator to maintain our company database system and ensure it remains up-to-date on a daily basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining all records from various departments and organizing them in a manner that allows for easy access whenever required. This role demands a high level of skill and experience in database management and Microsoft Spreadsheets.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain employee databases and their relevant information with accuracy
  • Update customer data on a daily basis with relevant information
  • Work within given time limits
  • Verify data for accuracy and sort it according to source documents
  • Check for errors and deficiencies, and correct them
  • Fill in missing information through research and coordination with relevant departments
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures
  • Prepare backups of all data and information
  • Prepare reports and present data in a useful manner
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain confidential information securely
Requirements
  • High school diploma or certification course considered
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Accurate typing with exceptional typing skills
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the English language
