Responsibilities

Serving as a multi-faceted administrative assistant involving the combined duties of receptionist and other administrative functions as needed. Responsible to work with all levels within the organization to ensure proper and efficient daily office & field operations. Perform the following functions as primary daily duties.Recruiting new candidates (making recruiting calls on designated days of the week, screening and setting appointments/interviews).Enters information for new hires, status changes, separations data in iCIMS and compiles monthly / weekly reports HR Manager.Performs processing of new hires as needed.Ensuring compliance with related local, state and federal regulations and confidentiality.Answers incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate party.Serves as the company’s branch office admin.First-line ambassador of all visitors and staffPersonally, handling questions, problems or requestsDirecting the visitor or staff to the appropriate partyCoordinating daily mailEnsuring outgoing mail is posted.Ensuring incoming mail is channeled to the appropriate party.Maintenance of the postage meter (not service related) Assists with uniform inventory, issuance and returns. Ensuring ample availability of stock forms, making additional copies as supplies run low or ordering same from outsourced vendors. Assists with ordering new hire pre-employment substance abuse and background screenings. Assists with new hire onboarding, orientation and reviewing hire packets for accuracy and completeness. Ensures normal supplies of office supplies are available, requesting replenishments when necessary. Assist with organization and filing of personnel and client files. Maintain confidentiality of all company information and data. Capable of effectively functioning with minimal supervision. Perform any other duties as required or directed.

This is a full-time, hourly position. Duty hours will be scheduled around normal weekday office operations; benefits are available as per Company “Benefits Policy”.
