Coordinate all administrative and communication tasks of employee onboarding, off-boarding, and movement within the organization. Support recruiting efforts as needed such as posting open requisitions, scheduling interviews, maintaining interview notes, conducting background checks, drafting offer letters, and administering pre-employment paperwork. Responsible for the data and system maintenance for all online or physical files; assist in troubleshooting and process resolution on HRIS and related online benefits portal. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annually reporting and analysis of headcount, turnover, and other key HR metrics. Serve as a resource with co-workers, staff, and management to handle written and telephonic communication in a timely manner. Review electronic forms for processing personnel and benefit actions to check accuracy and adherence to procedure and regulatory requirements. General Requirements:
1 year of Human Resources experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. Experience within hospitality preferred.
