Job Type: Full Time, On-site

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Manager:

  • Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and provide training to ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Implement inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and optimize inventory turnover.
  • Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and distribution processes.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to optimize inventory levels, fulfill customer orders on time, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and organization, conduct equipment inspections, and implement warehouse management systems to streamline operations and maximize productivity.

 

Requirements of the Warehouse Manager:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Warehouse Management or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing or distribution industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate warehouse staff.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of inventory control principles and experience implementing inventory management best practices.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and optimizing warehouse operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
