Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our team at Guardian Fueling Technologies LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist the Warehouse Manager and Parts Manager in maintaining a well-organized and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Parts Coordination: Sort and organize incoming parts orders from vendors or as they come off technician trucks.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of incoming orders and provide updates to the Parts Manager as needed.
  • Logistics Support: Run parts to job sites as needed, driving a company van or truck, which requires a clean driving record.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Forklift experience is a MUST.
  • Skills: Ability to communicate verbally with leadership and branch team members, intermediate computer skills, and ability to lift heavy items up to 40 lbs.
  • Work Environment: This job operates in a warehouse environment which can be hot, cold, dusty, and/or loud.
  • Physical Demands: This role is half sedentary and half physical, requiring the ability to stand for an extended period and walk across the warehouse without stopping.
