Area Manager

Xpress Wellness Urgent Care is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Area Manager for our Andover & Haysville clinics. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of clinical operations for a designated area within the region.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage overall clinic operations to achieve quality metrics, control operational costs, and meet budgeted EBITDA targets
- Ensure clinics are adequately staffed during regular hours and special events
- Maintain operational readiness of facility equipment, ensuring it is safe, operational, and clean
- Oversee front office activities, including reception area, mail distribution, and inventory control
- Resolve billing holds, approve financial refunds, and correct accounting errors originating from multiple sites
- Monitor and manage supply inventories to ensure each clinic has adequate supplies
- Coordinate facility maintenance, equipment repairs, and other vendor services for assigned locations
- Develop monthly staff schedules, review timecards, and provide input for payroll calculations
- Perform front-end registration and clinical tasks as needed in case of employee absence or high patient volume
- Select, train, supervise, and develop employees, ensuring they are equipped to perform their jobs
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures through performance management and ensure staff licenses are current
- Travel to other locations as assigned
- Perform any other duties as assigned
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous training in HIPAA, bloodborne pathogens, COR, and emergency procedures
- Proficiency in common computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email
- Superior customer service skills to handle escalated issues
- Ability to lift approximately 15-20 lbs
- Valid driver's license
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of previous experience in a supervisory or management position

- At least 1 year of previous experience in a supervisory or management position.
