Job Opportunity

Zwicker & Associates, P.C. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Document Services Manager. This position is a key member of our team and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our document services department.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective document processing
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve document services and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of document services with other business functions
  • Monitor and analyze document processing metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed
  • Provide training and support to employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Ensure that all documents are processed in a timely and accurate manner
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a document services or operations management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and improving processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of civil litigation processes and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act is a plus

Physical Qualifications:

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and use a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 5 pounds
  • Ability to read and comprehend position-specific documents and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors
