As the Project Manager, you will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that goals are achieved, and provide input and ideas for innovation that help achieve professional excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

Manage complexity . Leverage your project management skills to lead teams during all phases of implementation including requirements, analysis, design, build/configuration, and deployment. Monitor and review project progress, scope, timelines, and budget for assigned projects. Solve problems . Lead and collaborate with team members to translate our business goals, objectives, and strategies into plans and solutions, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities. Be a trusted partner. Build relationships and partnerships with business sponsors and other key stakeholders to meet organizational objectives, manage expectations and communicate on progress. Skillfully manage competing priorities and varying audiences.

Requirements

2+ years project management experience and a Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field Ability to clearly communicate ideas and plans to technical or non-technical team members, managers, and stakeholders Experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment, setting priorities, and planning Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor communication style based on audience Ability to develop strong interdepartmental and cross-functional working relationships within a collaborative team environment Be self-motivated and proactive, team-oriented, and creative, with a willingness to learn Proficient in Microsoft Office and other project management software Visa sponsorship is not available for this posting; applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the
