Key Responsibilities- Oversee the design and development of land development projects, including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design- Conduct feasibility studies, site investigations, and environmental assessments- Prepare engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates- Coordinate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project compliance and success- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively
Requirements- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and all related design features- Minimum of 5 years of land development engineering experience is preferred but not required.- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment- Good written and verbal communication skills
