JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Patient Engagement Project Manager is a dynamic, strategic, process-oriented, and performance-driven leader. The Project Manager supports Patient Engagement in consistently reaching revenue targets by always being on top of Physician Network and Recruiters' KPIs and effectively communicating them to the Senior Director, Patient Engagement and Marketing, Site Directors, Regional Directors of Operations, and site recruitment leaders, along with actionable feedback. The Project Manager is expected to effectively partner with other corporate and site functions to drive high performance in the areas of Physician Network contracts and KPIs, event planning, EMR AI patient matching implementation, and funnel conversion metrics.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. Manage Physician Network contracts: signature, and archiving.
B. Plan physician events: e.g. physician education dinner, new site open house.
C. Manage network physician compensation: keep track of time worked by each physician.
D. Communicate and collaborate with corporate support functions and site teams.
E. Monitor study leading and lagging indicators recommending targeted action to improve areas of underperformance and/or prevent underperformance.
F. Build and maintain a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results.
G. Identify process and system improvement opportunities and partner with corporate support functions to drive improvement.
H. Maintain and manage vendor relationships as needed (i.e., outsourced marketing, event planning, EMR AI subject matching etc.).
I. Ensure all documentation in the CRM and CTMS is entered correctly and with precision.
J. Adhere to the appropriate legal and ethical professional conduct standards.
K. Represent company in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written and in appearance) when interacting with all staff, clients, and vendors.
L. Additional duties as assigned by management.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND/OR ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:
A. Work is performed in a remote office setting.
B. Daily computer use.
C. Occasional evening and weekend work schedules.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Bachelor's degree required and business degree highly preferred.

Experience:
A. At least two (2) years in the clinical trials industry.
B. At least two (2) years as a Project Manager.
C. Must have experience with MS Excel and Sales Force
