We are excited to offer a contract position for a Project Manager in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is pivotal in shaping and implementing strategies, managing client interactions, and ensuring the successful completion of projects. The Project Manager will also oversee task delegation, maintain high-quality standards, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with clients and team members to develop and execute effective strategies.
  • Project Oversight: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client objectives.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing clear updates on task status and deliverables.
  • Task Management: Ensure project completion through personal execution or by delegating tasks to contractors.
  • Tool Utilization: Leverage Project Management software to enhance project speed and quality.
  • Planning and Delegation: Create detailed project plans and assign tasks to team members.
  • Customer Support: Assist with phone inquiries and provide estimates as needed.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of designs and finished content, conducting quality checks and participating in QA processes.
  • Team Support: Maintain open communication with clients and offer additional support to the team as required.
  • Adaptability: Embrace a flexible and agile approach to responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.

• Ability to manage risks and resolve issues that affect project scope, schedule, and quality

• Knowledge of project management software tools

• Bachelor's degree in a related field

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
