The Workplace Solutions Sales Consultant acts as a partner supporting Envestnet’s Fiduciary Sales efforts. Sales Consultant employees are responsible for assisting the Sales teams with account review, onboarding, making outbound sales calls, and fielding inbound sales inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

Thoroughly learn, understand, and present all Envestnet fiduciary products to prospective clients and partners. Work in partnership with the Wealth sales team to support new fiduciary sales through recordkeepers, investment managers, financial advisors and ENV advisor sales channels. Complete, review, and submit all proposal requests, investment mapping, and new plan onboarding materials. Work in partnership with the fiduciary operations team to ensure new plan onboarding is in good order. Provide sales partners with updated approved funds lists and sample lineups. Make outbound sales calls to generate sales pipeline for fiduciary sales. Respond to inbound sales inquiries, literature requests, and service issues. Track sales pipeline and closed sales in Salesforce and follow up as needed with sales partners. Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested. As part of the responsibilities for this role, understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls, and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of study 3-5 years of experience in the financial services industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to self-manage, with strong organization skills and an attention to detail.
