AEM Expertise:
Extensive experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on-premises and AEM as a Cloud Service.Proven track record of managing and optimizing AEM platforms, including configuration, deployment, and maintenance.Technical Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams and driving strategic initiatives.Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.Web and Mobile Architecture:
Deep understanding of web and mobile architecture principles, including front-end and back-end development.Experience designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance web and mobile applications.Integration and Personalization:

Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and infrastructure as code (IaC).Experience implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines for AEM and related technologies.Security and Compliance:
Understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements for web and mobile applications.Experience implementing security controls and conducting security assessments.Agile Methodologies:
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using Agile tools like Jira or Confluence.Ability to drive Agile practices and foster a collaborative, iterative development process.Stakeholder Management:
