  • Change Management: Oversee changes to infrastructure and services, ensuring compliance with change management processes and minimal risk to system operations.
  • Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning to ensure systems can scale with growing demand, providing recommendations for infrastructure improvements.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract adherence.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 4 years in an SRE, DevOps, or similar role. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role within a technology environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.) and infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible). Deep understanding of Linux/Unix environments and networking. Solid grasp of software development and systems architecture.
  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and collaborate across departments. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and service management practices.
  • Experience in performance optimization and cost management in cloud environments.
