What We Need:

We are looking for a driven individual with a desire to further develop their project management skills within our eCommerce Project Management Office (PMO). As an eCommerce Project Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our eCommerce initiatives by providing oversight, guidance, and execution of PMO functions.

What You Will Do:

Assist in providing oversight, guidance, and execution of project management office (PMO) functions, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Offer consultative support to our eCommerce team and business partners by identifying optimization opportunities and proposing innovative solutions. Contribute to the development of artifacts, templates, guidance, and training materials to standardize and streamline processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives and deliverables. Actively participate in the development and implementation of analytic tools to drive data-driven eCommerce decisions. Support the continuous improvement of processes by regularly assessing performance and identifying areas for enhancement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to align eCommerce initiatives with organizational objectives. Provide training and guidance to team members on project management methodologies and tools.

What You Have:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce, project management, or a related field. Strong interest in expanding skills and knowledge in eCommerce and project management. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, technologies, and best practices preferred. Experience with Agile methodologies or other project management frameworks. Previous experience in a consultative or advisory role. Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools. Experience with digital marketing channels such as email marketing, social media, and SEO.
