Ecommerce's Governance and Experience is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only users, but also sellers and creators. We are seeking a Portfolio Program Manager to join the Seller & Listing (S&L) Governance team focused on enhancing the e-commerce experience through effective cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric process optimization. Responsibilities - Facilitate the prioritization and planning processes to ensure S&L Governance OKRs and cascading initiatives are accurately represented, implemented and delivered on time.- Serve as a catalyst and facilitator of the S&L Governance policy development and implementation lifecycle, enable the collaboration and coordination required to ensure successful implementation and evaluation.- Facilitate cross-team and cross-departmental communication for S&L Governance initiatives. - Identify and help mitigate cross-team and cross-departmental risks, dependencies and roadblocks.- Encourage transparency and proactively provide visibility of progress against plans to stakeholders- Analyze data and metrics to evaluate effectiveness of seller governance initiatives.- Be a change agent: Identifying ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systemically improve how we deliver value to customers- MBA degree preferred- Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment, track record of strong project delivery, negotiations and relationship management.- Ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams to achieve goals; research and investigation skills, able to discover the unknown. - Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using Excel; experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements. - Experience acting as a program or project manager and collaborating with cross functional teams to drive end results.- Quick learner, proactive, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt quickly to change.
