Customer Quality Specialist

The Customer Quality Specialist liaises between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful support and resolution of a wide variety of Customer Quality related matters such as returns, corrective actions, and product quality data and documentation. S/he promptly investigates, resolves, and responds to emails or telephone calls from customers and internal personnel expressing issues, concerns, questions, or requests related to Customer Quality. In the trouble-shooting and resolution of customer quality complaints, s/he leverages technology, available data and resources, and critical thinking skills to synthesize abstract information in order to draw conclusions and derive solutions. The Customer Quality Specialist is the primary point of contact Customer surveys, ensuring complete, timely, and professional responses to all survey requests. Overall this role is a critical hub of organization, compliance, problem solving, customer service and communication for the department.

Requirements:

Basic/Intermediate Knowledge of Quality Control and Quality SystemsIntermediate Knowledge of ISO, AS & FAA StandardsIntermediate/Expert knowledge of product and material specs; Ability to read and interpret drawingsAbility to communicate with customers (verbal & written) and demonstrate creative problem solving skills Computer savvy (i.e. Email, Word, Excel, SXe, Salesforce, AppXTender)Detail Oriented and Customer Experience Focused

Experience & Education

 ✓ High school diploma or equivalent. Training in Quality Engineering, Control or Systems a plus. 

✓ Min 2-3 Years of Related experience in Quality Control, Systems or Engineering, Inspection or similar capacity.
