Champions Group Holdings includes brands from across the country, including Adeedo, ASI, Bell Brothers, Fetch-A-Tech, HELP, Hobaica, Howard Air, Jet, JW Plumbing Heating and Air, M and M Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical, Moore Home Services, ProSkill Services, Scottsdale Air, Seatown Electric, Plumbing, Heating & Air, Service Champions, Service Wizard, Sierra Air, Swan Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and Timo’s Air Conditioning & Heating.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create regular reports on key metrics and status to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to set up engaging customer journeys and drip campaigns, setting up logic and flow through.
- Perform A/B testing to improve performance.
- Manage and update client data within the database(s).
- Track multiple campaigns at once, reporting on status and planning.
- Stay abreast of industry best-practices including CAN-SPAM and CCPA laws.

Qualifications:

- Extraordinarily detail oriented and process oriented.
- Knowledge of basic web languages preferred (HTML/CSS, Wordpress) as well as an eye for design
- Knowledge of basic FTP Client like WinSCP, Filezilla, etc.
- Experience with Hubspot and Service Titan Marketing Pro a big plus
- Experience preferred with Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Cloud products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred
