Pay Rate: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience

What’s a typical day as a Service Writer? You’ll be:
• Serving as the primary point of contact with customers, either on the phone or at the branch, and developing positive relationships with key customers
• Analyzing customers' needs, gathering pertinent information, and opening work orders
• Providing quotes, developing claims, preparing repair plans, scheduling work, and providing status updates to customers on repair work
• Creating complex work orders, including diagnostic plans, quotes, and repair plans, in collaboration with the Service Supervisor/Team Lead
• Working with the Service Supervisor and/or Team Lead to schedule job assignments
• Developing positive relationships with key customers and resolving customer concerns regarding warranties and charges
• Monitoring key performance metrics for the workshop, including labor productivity and customer satisfaction

• Have experience working with computers and building and maintaining relationships
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent education
