Job DescriptionJob Description
Position Summary:The Service Writer is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. This role involves scheduling appointments, processing orders, monitoring deliveries, and handling customer complaints. The Service Writer will work with computers and build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
  • Schedule appointments and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely service.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage customer information and transactions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer service experience is required, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in the auto industry is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
