Position Summary
The Product Consultant would be responsible for supporting the continued growth of the Real World Evidence generation product vertical at BHI. You would play a key role on our Data Solutions team, leveraging data-driven insights to guide strategic decision-making for our clients. Your expertise in analytics, problem-solving, and collaboration will be essential in delivering impactful solutions that drive business success.
The role requires a strong consultative, analytic, and business intelligence experience with knowledge of analytic and data solutions to turn the industry’s most comprehensive commercial data assets into value-added data and analytics solutions across multiple health care markets, including life sciences, medical devices, and provider system.
Job Responsibilities
Work in a cross-functional capacity across BHI to continually define, refine, update, and expand product offerings in Real World Evidence (RWE) space in conjunction with other key stakeholders. Utilize statistical methods and analytic tools to identify trends, patterns, and key performance indicators. Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, and analytical requirements. In depth data analysis to lead product development, packaging, and delivery Define processes for workflow improvements, utilizing project management software (ex., Salesforce, SmartSheets). Work in conjunction with other key stakeholders across BHI to implement process improvements. Conduct needs assessment to determine the scope and goal of analytical projects. Translate complex data findings into clear and concise recommendations to support strategic decision making and product development Oversee and manage key data partner(s) relationship including ownership, platform coordination/management, and data linkage setup with customers Collaborate with clients to implement data-driven strategies that align with organizational goals. Support data visualization needs for product development and packaging (ex., Tableau, Figma, PowerPoint). Participate in the writing of deliverables including client reports, abstracts/posters, and manuscripts. Ensure the delivery of insightful and visually compelling presentations to communicate findings effectively. Work closely with cross functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to grow the RWE product offering. Facilitate knowledge transfer and promote a culture of data-driven decision making Educate clients on the value of analytics and assist in building their analytic goal capabilities. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client understanding of RWE product suite and methodologies.Experience
Degree in statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, public health or a related field with research methodology curriculum. Advanced degree is preferred. 5-7 years’ experience in an analytic, client facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in healthcare, analytics, or IT consulting. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills; displays curiosity. Provenance in data analysis, business intelligence or a related field. Experience building Tableau dashboards and wireframing (example FIGMA) development. Experience working with tokenized datasets, client facing analytics support, and analytics project management. Experience in analytical tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, or R) Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights to non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrable problem-solving abilities with the aptitude to identify strategic solutions to business problems with enterprise-wide implications. Technology proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteIs familiar with SOC 2 compliance and its impact on company policies and processes. Understands importance of adhering to SOC 2 requirements and maintains an effort to do so.-
