**The Role**

The Capital Markets Practice of our Banking and Financial Services Consulting Group is looking for a Senior Consultant to join our journey. We’re looking for someone who.

**Responsibilities**
- As part of our Management Consulting practice, serve as a Senior Consultant on a large-scale project for an end-client; work directly with a banking client onsite in the Chicago office
- Define the vision and the roadmap for the Wealth Data product
- Maintain and refine the feature and story backlog
- Make prioritization decisions
- Take part in the scrum events
- Coordinate with clients, project sponsors, architects and the technology development teams
- Work with the development teams to deliver the product
- Incorporate user feedback into refining the features/stories and the Data product
- Analyze the data and define the data quality
- Collaborate with other analysts, product owners, technology specialists in a multi-vendor environment to work towards issue resolution
- Leverage data to understand user behavior and assist in product roadmap revision
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationship with all stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- 7+ years of business analysis experience in Capital Markets, withing banking and financial services industry
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience, with additional certifications preferred, but not mandatory
- Agile Product Owner/Business Analysis experience in the Wealth Management Domain, specifically Wealth Management Data is required for this role
- Basic understanding of SQL and data analysis is required
- Experience of having collaborated with development and QA teams as a PO/BA
- Experience with bringing together cross functional teams and leading execution in an agile delivery model.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and white space
- The ability to work on-site in the client office in Chicago for the duration of the project
- Ability to travel when needed for a project
