Compensation: $20-$22
Type: Temp- Full time, with opportunity to be hired Full time with Company. 

We are actively searching for a Services Support Representative, you will be responsible for receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and coordinating appropriate team members. This also includes, documenting cases, and coordinating appointments with our service field support team as well as updating other colleagues regarding any changes or cancellations and follow up calls to be made.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Training provided.
  • Handling troubleshooting, complaints and repair requests for equipment and products for the beauty industry using a specifically designed medical device.
  • Keeping meticulous records and technical support logs, follows established company procedures and but not limited to solving problems over the phone.
  • Arranges for repair of equipment as well as sends out loaners (as necessary) if troubleshooting fails.
  • Managing onsite equipment repair, including maintenance, troubleshooting and test tasks.
  • Production of timely and detailed service reports.
  • Troubleshoot simple to complex issues.

Requirements: 
•Comfortable working at a fast pace. 
•Able to lift or move 25 – 50 lbs.
•Comfortable bending, standing, and kneeling  
•Comfortable with working overtime when required
•Have previous experience in a warehousing, manufacturing environment as well as office setting.
Customer service oriented (office setting, over the phone)
Excellent oral / written communication
Ability to work as a team or independently.
