  • Work with accounts to create business strategies, and partnerships to achieve company goals and objectives for future sales
  • Targeting and securing new National/Regional business.
  • Presenting and planning yearly sales goals to buyers
  • Learning and utilizing data-based information to maximize sales opportunities and relationships
  • Plan, set up, and work at various trade shows as needed.
  • Demonstrate ability to think strategically, and drive execution against goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions
  • Assess Opportunities and Risks: Lead opportunity and risk assessment processes throughout the year to enable course correction as needed.
  • At least 3 years of relevant sales experience
  • Experience with CPG snacks
  • College degree preferred.
  • Experience with grocery, mass, club, and drug
  • Must possess strong organization, word processing, spreadsheet, and communication skills.
  • Experience calling on National and regional retailers
  • Successful track record of delivering exceptional sales results
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics, utilizing syndicated data
  • Strong proficiency in working with Microsoft Office products, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel when needed
