KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.
Responsibilities:
Support and manage multiple engagement teams with technical knowledge of WorkdayProvide technical and functional support during the following phases: mobilize, design, realize, test, train, hyper care, and supplier enablementParticipate in architecture design and advise engagement teams of leading practices on integration designProvide support in developing functional and technical specification documentsWork with clients and technology providers to lead and support upgrade requests for technology platformsLead offshore team and collaborate with technology provider to execute project tasksQualifications:
