We are seeking a highly skilled SIOP & Customer Success Manager to join our team at Carrier, a leading global provider of healthy, safe, and sustainable building and cold chain solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a master schedule for the Charlotte factory, aligning with customer and market requirements.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver on customer requirements, forecast accurately, and optimize factory capacity.
  • Create accurate component-level forecasts using digital tools to reduce chiller lead time and optimize inventory.
  • Identify key data needs and metrics to drive business decisions in the SIOP process.
  • Manage supply planning and scheduling for aftermarket and accessory orders.
  • Measure and analyze key SIOP supply metrics and monitor adherence to KPIs.
  • Play a key role in Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory reviews and develop action plans to reduce excess inventory.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, SIOP, forecasting, demand planning, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships.
