General Summary: Under the direction of the Creative Services Manager, the SEO-SEM / Web Administrator / Graphic Designer will assist in the implementation of a variety of marketing, communication, digital, and advertising solutions for Gonzaba Medical Group. Additionally, the SEO-SEM Web Administrator /Graphic Designer must be able to operate efficiently and effectively in a deadline-driven environment to develop brand affinity through the effective use of websites, marketing collateral and growth of the Gonzaba Medical Group brand. The SEO-SEM / Web Administrator / Graphic Designer is engaged and productive as part of the Marketing Team and demonstrates self-motivation and energy in ensuring all deadlines are successfully achieved within brand guidelines.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Job Responsibilities: All duties performed will be done accurately and in a timely manner.
General Duties (But not limited too)
Support the implementation of communication projects by working closely with the Creative Services Manger to ensure content is published using appropriate communication vehicles. Search Engine Marketing (SEM) - responsible for managing and optimizing paid search campaigns to drive traffic and conversions from search engines. Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - responsible for improving a website's visibility and ranking on search engine results pages (SERPs). Research keywords to promote our products and services Prepare digital marketing strategy reports for stakeholders Maintain, develop (applications) and support for multiple websites. Help support and maintain of Gonzaba Medical Group’s Intranets. Assist with the implementation of digital forms on website to generate leads. Identify web pages with areas for improvement. Coordinate with writers to ensure all SEO content is on target. Manage, configure, data collection, analyze and support Google Analytics for Gonzaba websites (ie. gonzaba.com, gonzabaurgentcare.com). Support the Creative Services Manager in creation of high-quality marketing materials print and digital assets to include but not limited to mailers, invitations, internal newsletter, flyers, presentations, web graphics, signage, social media, illustrations, and other custom marketing collateral (external and internal communications). Assist with video filming or photography to be used internally and externally. Support eMarketing initiatives to include campaign creation and data analysis.Skills:
Clear understanding of SEO and SEM best practices and strategies. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong capacity to analyze data and apply findings. Have good knowledge of corporate branding and graphic design. Humbly accept constructive criticism and implement feedback in a thoughtful way. Deep interest and engagement in SEO/SEM. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high standards when working independently. Able to work within deadlines on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude.Education and Training:
High school diploma Certificate Program or associate degree in design or related fieldExperience:
Minimum of 3-4 years of Web Development and/or Graphic Designer experience Degree in Marketing, Business, Health Sciences, or any related field. Comparable experience will be considered in lieu of degreeOther Requirements: Computer Skills:
Technical skills such as HTML, CSS or JavaScript to configure or create content pages Expected Areas of Competence Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator Proficiency with analytics platforms like Google Analytics and Google Ads Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and guidelines Proven success leading search engine marketing campaigns Experience with multiple search engines, including Google, Yahoo, and BingWork Environment: Depending upon the task, the work environment may be a 100% clinical setting or office setting in a clinical environment with exposure to communicable diseases, bodily fluids, toxic substances, ionizing radiation, medicinal preparations, and other conditions common to a clinic environment.
Mental / Physical Requirements: Requires manual dexterity, sitting, standing, stooping, reaching, kneeling, crouching, bending, walking, lifting to 25 lbs. Close vision and ability to adjust focus.
