About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to oversee our paid marketing channels, SEM / SEO, email marketing, website management, and MarTech operations. The ideal candidate will manage paid advertising budgets, optimize campaigns, and ensure our digital presence is robust and effective across all channels.

Responsibilities:
    • Partner closely with Head of Marketing to translate marketing objectives into digital tactics that align with business objectives to generate qualified sales leads
    • Manage SEM, SEO, and paid advertising channels with a test and learn approach to daily work, experimenting with new channels and campaign approaches
    • Utilize Google Analytics or other metrics to drive optimization, report insights to internal stakeholders, and help translate those insights into action for future campaigns
    • Build collaborative relationships with revenue team members and other cross functional teams to ensure strong
    • Manage the marketing technology stack (Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.) to ensure optimization of workflows and integrations with a focus on efficiency and scalability
    • Utilize WordPress to create landing pages, optimize new and existing web pages aligned with SEO objectives and user engagement
Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
    • 5+ years relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEM, SEO, and paid advertising
    • Metrics oriented mindset with proven experience working hands on with analytics packages like Google Analytics
    • Strong understanding of technical SEO and content optimization
    • Proficiency in Google Analytics and HubSpot
    • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
    • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Requirements:
    • Master's degree in Marketing or related field
    • Certification in Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications
    • Experience with B2B marketing and lead generation
    • Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools and CRM systems
