Overview

The Director, Information Technology is responsible for providing guidance to the IT team, building strong relationships both internally and with vendors, and providing support for systems and applications. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s technology initiatives forward.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of IT professionals, encouraging collaboration and promoting high- performance Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, leadership, and external Manage vendor relationships and ensure service levels meet or exceed Evaluate new technology solutions and partnerships to enhance the company's IT Effectively manage multiple projects, initiatives, and tasks while prioritizing based on business needs and objectives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the organization. Optimize the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program while overseeing software compliance. Lead the IT Service Desk organization in providing best-in-class customer support. Oversee application management and support for all the company’s assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related Proven experience in IT leadership roles with a track record of exceptional leadership and relationship- building Strong experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize Project management skills and experience overseeing IT Ability to travel to other offices throughout the state, as Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm with overtime, as

Preferred Qualifications

Relevant certifications such as Agile/SCRUM, ITIL and PMP.
