Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Talent Acquisition Operations Analyst to manage and optimize our talent acquisition processes and systems. This role is critical to ensuring that our talent acquisition team operates efficiently, delivering a seamless candidate experience while supporting the company's growth objectives.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Operations Management: Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the talent acquisition function, including workflow optimization, process improvement, and ensuring the effective use of technology and systems.

Technology & Systems Management: Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements. Partner with IT and vendors to implement and integrate new technologies that support the recruiting process.

Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve recruiting processes to increase efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience. Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze recruitment data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Produce regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compliance: Ensure that all recruiting processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) and data privacy requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs for the talent acquisition team on new processes, technologies, and best practices. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including job boards, and technology providers.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels. Ensure timely communication and provide necessary details such as interview logistics and preparation materials.

Job Posting & Advertising: Monitor, optimize and update job ads/postings as necessary.

Onboarding Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including assisting with background checks as necessary and ensuring all necessary documentation and communication is completed.


Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Experience managing ATS and other recruitment technologies.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and data privacy requirements.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
